Here the pipeline crosses a creek. They were suppose to drill under the creeks to avoid disturbing the shoreline. It looks like that didn't happen here. Brown fabric is laid along the shoreline at several creek crossings to reduce silt flowing ito the creek during rains or spring melting. There is no bridge crossing here.
